These short terms cover the MatchComm waiting list at matchcomm.com. They are not the Terms of Service for the MatchComm app — separate terms will apply once the app launches.
01What this is
MatchComm is a pre-launch product. By joining the waiting list, you are telling us you would like to be informed when MatchComm becomes available. There is no service or platform to use yet.

03What we will do
- Email you with occasional updates about MatchComm's progress.

- Request a copy or deletion of your data — see our Privacy Notice.
05No warranty
MatchComm is in development. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding offer of service. Features, launch dates, and pricing are subject to change, and no commitments are made at this stage.
06Changes
These terms may be updated as MatchComm approaches launch.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
